So the HR team came to us with an internal communications challenge – to engage more than 25,000 customer-facing employees and train them to deliver amazing customer service in the Premier Inn way.
Clear and comprehensive materials were needed for employees, at all levels, to understand the important role that each and everyone plays within the company – all adhering to Premiere Inn’s high standard of service.
An extensive suite of materials needed to be produced – and due to a large internal training conference that was about to take place – these materials needed to be delivered to an extremely tight deadline. We needed to find a simple solution – but one that was both engaging and informative.

We were able to immerse ourselves in the task and develop a complete creative concept for a suite of ‘customer wow’ materials – all within the very short time frame. In fact, everything was conceived, printed, bound and delivered in less than two weeks.
Since then, we have gone on to produce a wide range of internal communications and training materials for Premier Inn. These include audio/visual equipment, slides and furniture hire for events, a series of case studies, posters and notepads, and brand guidelines.
