EDAM Group specialises in keeping drivers mobile who have been involved in a non-fault road traffic accident. The Group consists of three businesses: EDAM, EasiDrive and Garvins Law. Fluid was asked to create a new brand identity for each business and create a cohesive look that could be applied to a suite of new websites.
We took part in a series of meetings to ask individual stakeholders what the brand meant to them. This was supplemented with internal workshops, which enable us to create concepts that fulfilled the digital brief and worked with their tone of voice.
The new brand style has a friendly look and feel with a bright colour palette and encompasses the round shape of a car wheel and steering wheel. Having created this, we were then able to develop and built three websites using the same WordPress wireframe. The fully content managed system features a business portal log in and integrates Trustpilot reviews to support the content with customer endorsements. We also trained the Group’s staff on using the system and collaborated with their IT staff so that they could host the websites themselves.
EDAM Group now has a strong brand identity that reflects their company values and creates a synergy across all three websites. This has helped to generate more business for the group, which has achieved a 71% annual growth over the last year. The Group has also been ranked at 50 in the Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 of Britain’s private companies with the fastest growing profits.
