The Motor Ombudsman (previously Motor Codes) launched at the end of 2016 with codes of practice for the entire motoring industry to adhere to. The Motor Ombudsman offer impartial advice for all parties involved in motoring disputes. Our brief was to create an engaging brand that was approachable from a consumer perspective, yet retained an air of authority as a Government backed organisation.
Fluid developed a new brand and creative concept, produced brand guidelines, advised on brand positioning, undertook market research and insight activities and developed both online and offline materials.
Over 7,500 businesses including vehicle manufacturers, warranty product providers, franchised dealers and independent garages are accredited to one or more of the Codes of Practice.
